“What is a Goddess?”
Again I ask, What is a Goddess? Does anyone know?
Society has a created an image that a goddess is someone to lust after. Before I did my own research I thought it was a woman with a nice body with curves in all the right places. I read somewhere that “Many of the strippers, adult entertainers, singers, and hollywood starlets of today embody what a Goddess is for these times.” A Goddess is a greatly admired woman who is greatly related to a God or deity and although there are a lot of great women in the hollywood business I don’t want my daughter thinking she has to be a stripper or a source of entertainment to hold that title. All women should carry themselves as Queens and Goddess because they should want to be treated as such. I don’t think women really realize how much power they truly have in the world. Maybe that’s because society is succeeding at belittling women as they have done for so long. They would prefer that we refer to ourselves as bitches and sluts and that we let people treat us like anything. Maybe if we started treating ourselves with respect then others would want to do the same. If my generation stopped fantasizing about marrying basketball players or highly paid men to support them instead of supporting themselves then women could really live out their full potential. But then again we have society telling us we aren’t strong enough to support ourselves and we need a man who can buy us expensive bags and shoes. The day I can get up and buy myself a $600 hand bag and $500 shoes to match then I’ll know I really succeeded in life because I didn’t need anyone else to do it for me. A Goddess is:
A woman who is in the process of learning to know, accept and love herself on all levels, Mind Body and Spirit. A woman who, because she focuses on personal growth and self awareness, experiences a life, increasingly filled with peace, love, joy, passion and fun. A woman that understands that she has unlimited capacity to make her life anything she wants. A woman who is inspired to give to those around her because of her sense of gratitude and abundance. A woman who is so beautiful, brilliant, and wholesome that she is simply not like any other women on Earth and therefore possesses some sort of uncommon spiritual element that while it cannot be solidly defined it is clearly present.
You don’t have to be jaw dropping beautiful to be a goddess nor do you have to have a perfect body. The way you carry yourself can say it all.

I’m not saying we as women she be worshipped but we should be treated with respect and should treat ourselves with respect as well.
You are a Goddess of fertility, the fact that you can hold and produce another life should already make you want to put yourself on a pedestal. Yes a man can make a baby but it’s a women’s body that dictates the outcome. My point is when you start investing and treating yourself in the proper way the rest of the world will follow suit. Many people wonder why women are viewed the way that they are because so many of us are ignorant and blind to the fact that the change starts within, you can’t make a video showing your behind then expect to be viewed as a lady the next day, respect yourself.
