Success Is Only In The Mind!

You Define Your Own Success

breyanaijae.com

Hey guys!  If you’ve been keeping up with keeping up then you know I self-published two books back in May, “Finding YOUrself: The Road to Self-Love & Discovery” and “Heartbreaks and Heartaches”. The journey to get there was an eventful one and one I had to embark on to become a better me. I am beyond humble and blessed with the outpour of feedback I have been receiving and wanted to share it with you guys. If you are interested in purchasing these books yourself you can head over to findingyourself.bigcartel.com to do so. Although the site holds information on what they are about you can also read my blog post “Behind the Books” for a more in depth explanation.

I am also excited to announce that two shirts will be released come mid-August to accompany book orders or to be individually ordered. I am really happy with how things are unfolding and I’m excited to see where things will go.

The feedback has been amazing here is what people are saying about these books!

  • “Good morning bre. I really wanted to thank you for writing your book. Its really helping me get through a difficult time and your words are really speaking to me. I love you. You are amazing” – Jas R.
  • “Good morning, so I’m only on page 13 of book self-love and I cried about 3 times lol tears of joy it’s like you wrote this book for me lol I could relate in so many ways. It’s making me tear up just writing this I’m really proud of you this book is marvelous! I could read it a thousand times. Anytime I feel alone or I feel the need to find myself your book is where to go. I’m just so amazed at how amazing this book is gives me motivation in sooooo many ways!!! I love you” – Ty G.
  • “As you stated several times in the book, “you have not arrived.” It is something I stand by, which is why when the gut wrenching journey to discover (uncover) is downloaded in me, I know it’s for a purpose. What exactly, not 100%, but I welcome it. Anywho, I appreciate you taking the risk to write. It didn’t matter what or how you said it. Congratulations! As I journey to discover (uncover) who I am, I will take pieces from your story, which I resonated with (bullying especially, and the reason you do what you do), and continue to unveil who I am. And, love her even more. Thank you again, and I look forward to Heartbreaks &…” – Z.
  • “So est. I graduated, I haven’t touched a book. I was overwhelmed by having to read 30 pages from each class that I was enrolled in. But these books here, they reminded me of why I used to love to read before I attended college. I lost myself in these words of hurt and found myself in these words of self-love. I love every aspect of the books because I can relate, and I’m sure if you ever had a heart break/heart ache you can too (female or male) and if you haven’t found yourself yet then reading her books will help motivate you to find yourself and embark on the road to self-love and discovery. I’m proud to say the creator of these masterpieces is my best friend” – Ness W.

The feedback has not only been overwhelming for me but empowering to know that I have fulfilled my goal of touching at least one person with my words. I am beyond blessed and I am content. The sales does not matter because money has no value when you are more focused on uplifting, empowering, and inspiring. If you give my books a chance then you can see for yourself. To those who have let me and my words into their lives thank you. To those who have inspired me to create, thank you. I of course have to give thanks to God and my support system, I would be nothing without you, thank you. Just remember, you define what success is to you.

I define success as hard work and determination to mold your life into whatever you deem fit. Success is choosing love and happiness in all situations. Success is growing mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Success is wanting to inspire through your own life with hopes of empowering and uplifting. I define success as “Me”. I plan to continue to be successful by putting my best foot forward and recognizing that I need to be content with small steps in life. Success doesn’t happen overnight but the steps that I take bring me closer each day. Perception is everything; how you view your journey can either help or harm you. If you can evaluate and better understand where you are, you have more of a chance to recognize when your steps are preparation for something greater.

Thanks for reading, Be Blessed & Stay Humble.

If given the chance, everyone has a story to tell. My name is Breyana I'jae, I am a 25 year old Temple University Psychology graduate, blogger, visionary, artist, creator, self published author, mama, jack of all trades, and lover of many things.
When I first started this blog in 2013 my goal was to share My Story in hopes of inspiring someone else, I didn't know where it would go, how people would perceive it or what to really do, I just know I lived by the motto, Uplift, Empower, & Inspire.

While those goals still remain my blog will now be a place to promote self-love and self-care but that's not all. Come take a look to see what it offers.
